Nigeria Rowing Canoe and Sailing Federation

Nigeria Rowing Federation (NRF) is the professional association of rowing in Nigeria that is founded to handle administration and general control of rowing sports across the country. The organization also oversees the national tournaments and competitions relating to the sports in Nigeria, works on the selection of capable teams that represents the country at international championships.

The federation later changed their name to operate under as Nigeria Rowing Canoe & Sailing Federation (NRCSF). The Nigeria Rowing Canoe and Sailing Federation is a professional body that comprises of water sports that have to do with different types of boat that is related to Olympics sports in Nigeria.

The federation also oversees the national tournaments and competitions related to rowing canoe and sailing sports. They made their first debut around May 2018 at Para rowing and championship Gavirate Italy and at the youth Games qualifications in Barcelona Spain 2018; where two Nigerian Canoeing stars qualified for youth Olympics games in Barcelona Spain that was held from April 5th to 16th April 2018.
